Contracts and schools

From Organisations > General you can manage your school's contracts with the TeachThemAll platform.

Contracts:

A contract defines the terms of use of TeachThemAll for your organisation: the number of active teachers, included features and validity period.

• View active contracts: A list of current contracts with start and end dates
• Contract details: Terms, maximum number of users and included features

Schools:

If your organisation manages several schools or educational centres, you can associate them with the contract:

1. Open the contract details

2. Tap Add school

3. Enter the name and details of the school

This lets you break down platform usage by school within the same organisation.
