Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

• Service provider: Team Banzai, S.L.U. (CIF B27612951), Pº de los Parques 32, 14th Floor B, 28109 Alcobendas (Madrid), Spain.
• User: any person who accesses or uses the TeachThemAll service.

2. Purpose

TeachThemAll is an AI-assisted lesson planning platform designed for primary and secondary school teachers. The service includes:

• Generation of lesson plans, teaching materials and educational resources via AI.
• Access to the official curriculum of Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy and International.
• Cloud storage of generated materials.
• Mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Complementary web access.

3. Plans and pricing

TeachThemAll offers four subscription plans:

• Free: no charge, with monthly usage limits.
• Essential: €9.99/month.
• Pro: €14.99/month.
• Premium: €19.99/month.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. VAT or equivalent tax will be added in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Trial period

New users receive a 14-day trial of the Pro plan with no payment details required. At the end of the trial period, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan.

5. Billing and payment

Paid subscriptions are managed exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. There is currently no direct web payment system. Billing, renewal and cancellation conditions are governed by the terms of each distribution platform.

6. Cancellation policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable use

The user agrees to:

• Use the service exclusively for legitimate educational purposes.
• Not reproduce, redistribute or resell generated content for commercial purposes without express authorisation.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or unauthorised data.
• Not use the service to generate illegal, discriminatory or rights-infringing content.

8. Ownership of generated content

Content generated by TeachThemAll via AI is made available for the user's personal and professional use in the exercise of their teaching activities. Team Banzai S.L.U. does not claim ownership rights over content generated specifically for the user.

9. Limitation of liability

Team Banzai S.L.U. does not guarantee that AI-generated content is always accurate, complete or suitable for use without prior review by the teacher. The user is responsible for verifying and adapting generated content before using it in the classroom.

Team Banzai S.L.U.'s total liability to the user shall not exceed, in any case, the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

10. Service modifications

Team Banzai S.L.U. reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. In the event of material changes to pricing or conditions, users will be notified with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
