Exporting and versioning your Teaching Programme

Once generated, you can export and manage the versions of your Teaching Programme.

Export:

• DOCX: An editable Word document, ideal for submitting to the management team or adapting it
• Markdown: A plain-text format, useful for document management systems

The file includes all the sections with the required official format.

Version management:

• Version history: TeachThemAll saves every time you regenerate the TP. You can view and recover previous versions
• Compare versions: View the differences between two versions to see what changed
• Duplicate: Create a copy of the current TP to use as a basis for next year
• Regenerate section: If you only need to update a specific section (for example, the methodology), you can regenerate it without touching the rest
• Synchronise: If you've modified your schedule after generating the TP, use Synchronise to automatically update the time distribution section
