Timetable and holidays

TeachThemAll calculates the number of available sessions from your weekly timetable and the holidays.

Setting up your timetable:

1. In the PlanWizard, step 1, indicate the days of the week on which you have class

2. Add the time slots for each day (start and end time)

3. TeachThemAll will automatically calculate the total number of teaching sessions for the course

Holidays:

TeachThemAll automatically loads the official holidays for your region according to the school calendar. These days are excluded from the session count. If your school has additional non-teaching days (long weekends, training days, etc.), the administrator can configure them from the organisation panel.

Sessions scheduled on holidays are marked in red on the calendar so you can identify and reorganise them.
