Course planner

The PlanWizard lets you create a complete schedule for your subject in 3 steps. Access it from Subjects > your subject > Planning tab > Create plan.

1. Calendar: Set the start and end dates of the course, the days of the week you have class and the holidays. TeachThemAll automatically detects the official holidays for your region

2. Block distribution: Distribute the available sessions across the curriculum's topic blocks. You can adjust the relative weight of each block and add a review session at the end of each one

3. Preview: Review the full calendar before confirming. You'll see how many sessions each block has and how they're distributed over time

When you confirm, TeachThemAll automatically generates all the sessions as drafts ready to hydrate with AI.
